Swedish Living Property Rentals

Addendum to the review below: Sebastian is an amazing communicator, and has been able to get all of my issues below resolved. But these issues were resolved after 2 months of me living in the apartment I'd paid upfront for. Sebastian, and Swedish Living, themselves seem nice entities, and the positive reviews speak for themselves, but, I've had a majorly negative experience throughout the start, but am hopeful it gets better. ______ Original Review: I cannot in all good consciousness recommend some of the companies Swedish Living partners with. For context, I'm an expat and couldn't physically see the room until moving. Everything upto the contract signing part was fine, fast responses, smooth payments. Then, I move in, and there's missing keys, dirty apartment, and no contact with the company they have partnered with. All my attempts to communicate have been unresponsive, and I've seen other people comment about receiving late rental notices and being charged late fee. When asked about how to contact the company they signed an agreement with, their response is "use this email" (where I haven't gotten a response for a month), the fact that I haven't been able to talk with whoever I'm renting from is insane, in this very case, Ansvara Fastingheter. I've been promised help multiple times but it's been more than a month, and it's made me contemplate about whether it's even worth staying here.

I've had an amazing experience with Swedish Living! The agent that was assigned to me, Sebastian, was very helpful and kind during the process of finding an apartment. As a foreigner coming to Sweden as a student it was difficult to find a place with affordable rates, but Sebastian helped me with my issue! Now I don't have to worry about finding accomodation!
