Carl did an amazing job! He took his time to explain us everything about the house in English so that we learned a lot and felt much more confident afterwards. His knowledge and social competence made the whole inspection to an interresting and enjoyable project. We really recommend his services and thank him for his great work!!!

After ending up not buying a house for which Carl did the inspection, we hired him for another inspection. It was again a very nice experience, we learned a lot about the house and things we need to fix / could do better. Carl was very patient and friendly during the process, even though the sellers were also there and we wanted to talk to them too which seemed to slow down the inspection a bit for him. We are still learning Swedish. Even though the final protocol will be in Swedish, Carl explained everything in English. We very much recommend Carl, especially if you’re a language learner.
