You, as a customer, exist only until the deal is done. That means that if something goes wrong, you have to deal with it on your own. This is the very first time I have encountered such unprofessional treatment. In our case, the property’s previous owner refused to hand over all the keys from the property after the deal. The only advice from Bjurfors’ senior partner was to hire a lawyer and deal with it. So, my advice is to be really careful when buying from Bjurfors. Some hidden costs could chase you for a while without any support from the agency.

I have used Bjurfors and the broker Andrés Villalobos on three occasions. As with everything else, you get what you pay for and that applies here too. Professionalism Commitment Quality in the details I have previously experienced different brokers in other sales but none who have performed in this class. That is the reason why I have never sought anyone else since the first sale with you, as I know that the commitment is great and the quality is high.
Interested in an upcoming property but having difficulty getting in touch with the broker... not responding to emails either when I or my partner have written several times... thought they wanted to sell as a broker? Called him but he didn't know what the floor plan looked like or when it would be available for sale...
