It is very unprofessional that the responsible broker does not answer the phone or connect you to someone who can answer questions. I will not use Fastighetsbyrån to sell my apartment
We have been promised things that were not done when we bought. We also sold our apartment through the real estate agency and were not satisfied at all. Our broker was not at all committed to selling it and we had to do his job in the sale. Do NOT choose the real estate agency if you are going to sell and make sure that everything ends up in the contract when you buy through the real estate agency.

NEVER buy a property or condominium from a REAL ESTATE AGENCY. You might be just as fooled as I was in my home purchase. Many hidden faults. Electrical faults that cannot be checked from the moment you move in. The entire kitchen is wired incorrectly so you can't use 2 things at the same time in the kitchen, because then the plug goes out. The Real Estate Agency Consumer Ombudsman gives me wrong information and calls and says that they never told me when I send a written complaint to the seller as the Consumer Ombudsman told me to do. Also said that I had 2 years to complain. Now all of a sudden it is 2 months. I too will be liable for payment because the plumber who did the relining was not allowed to come in and inspect the pipes in the apartment. The drain was leaking when I was given access to the apartment. NEVER BUY AN APARTMENT FROM A REAL ESTATE AGENCY. Then you can be just as fooled as I WAS
