I recently hired Grip to sell my apartment, which went very quickly. Grip handles everything you need for a sale. With broad expertise in the market and a deep understanding of me as a seller, the buyer's needs and the broker's character, Grip takes it all the way. With a market, not for the seller, with today's inflation, Annika does this exactly as it should. My apartment was sold shortly after the viewing and with Grip's expertise, it probably took it all the way. Grip is a smaller company that is fighting in a broad market with several large brokerage firms to make a name for itself. Using a smaller brokerage firm, in my opinion, gives a personal meeting with all that means with fewer people and more personality. If you are looking for a smaller brokerage firm with a personality, Grip is worthy of taking on your sale. If not, there are several larger firms available.
