❌ Very unprofessional. We had a clear agreement on a property (dödsbo) and I was awaiting the bank’s confirmation. Without informing me, the broker accepted and facilitated other offers to the seller. This goes against trust and obligations under Fastighetsmäklarlagen. Cannot be recommended – I will be filing a complaint with Fastighetsmäklarinspektionen regarding this unethical conduct.
