Tetrisflytt & Städ - Moving Company Malmö

We moved a medium-sized household with Tetrisflytt. It could not have gone better. The four workers they sent us (shoutout to my guys Dennis, Vasco, Orkhan and Vinht) were fast, diligent, careful and thourough, as well as funny and charming to boot. The booking process and the consultation beforehand also went very well, and the price seems fair to us. Full recommendation for Tetrisflytt from our side!

We hired this company for a move during the summer, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience we’ve ever had with a moving service. The initial contact was pleasant and professional—up until we signed the contract. During the move, the team took several very long breaks, all of which we were charged for. By the end of the day, they left without completing the job, saying they had another large move scheduled. They offered to return the next day but said we would have to pay extra for that. The movers themselves were polite and hardworking, but it was clear they were being pressured and intimidated by a man named Oliver, who instructed them to waste time so that additional hours could be billed. Oliver was also extremely rude and disrespectful toward us throughout the process. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If you do decide to hire them, make sure you agree on a fixed price in advance to avoid unexpected charges.

Moved to Poland with Tetrisflytt, and my god was it smooth, Marcos was incredible!!!

I chose this company based on their high rating on Google Maps, but it turned out to be one of the most miserable decisions of my life. During the initial discussion, they said yes to everything and promised two trucks for the move. However, on the day of moving, they showed up with only one truck and forcefully crammed all my belongings into it. In the process, they broke my sofa and damaged one of my tables. I kept asking about the second truck, but they claimed it was busy with another move. In the end, they rushed everything into my new apartment in a completely disorganized and careless way, then left without a second thought. The next day, they were supposed to come at 8:00 AM to clean the apartment. I trusted them to stick to the schedule. They had assured me the cleaning would be done and the keys would be left behind. However, no one showed up until I called them at 11:30 AM. Three cleaning staff finally arrived, took a look around, and said the apartment was too dirty to clean—and simply left. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone, but all I got was, "We’ll get back to you." Eventually, a person named Adam contacted me and told me I needed a different kind of cleaning—deep cleaning—which would cost extra. I had also asked for an invoice so I could pay after all the moving and cleaning were completed. But they refused and insisted I pay for the move immediately. I believe they did this so they could later manipulate the pricing however they wanted. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the stress and money—stay far away from this scam.
