Always the same professional service!
Great Security supplies locks to our housing association and recently our exterior lock stopped working (couldn't turn the key anymore). We took the lock to Great Security who polished the parts, cleaned it and said it would work. It did for two days, then it stopped working and we had to dismantle it again, put up another one temporarily and go there a second time. Then another employee tried the same thing and after we went home and reassembled the lock, it also stopped working quite quickly after that. We then went to Great Security twice more and both times they built new lock bolts but these also stopped working very quickly after installation, i.e. it was not possible to turn the key at all. Even when the lock was not assembled, if you just stood with the bolt in your hand, you couldn't turn it with the key (so there was nothing with our installation that was a problem). In addition to their failure to solve our problem, the manager at Great Security accused us several times of having caused the recurring problems ourselves, the most bizarre accusation was that we ourselves had destroyed the newly built cylinders by installing faulty locking pins! As if we had the knowledge, tools or interest in doing so. Pros: - Fast and in some cases courteous help - We did not have to pay extra for more efforts from their side, but only had to pay for materials Cons: - Strange that they could not fix a lock in four attempts. It is not so fun to assemble and disassemble locks, take time off from work and drive to Great Security - When they had failed several times, they should have offered a completely new locking system and new keys - Bizarre to blame us instead of taking responsibility

We trust them. They do everything we need and are always helpful. Now they have moved and the service is the same. Can only recommend.
