Their communication is full of smileys and other emoticons, so if you are a teenage girl, you love their service. Don’t expect too much of that 1-hour response service though, that only means you will receive an emoticon filled E-mail asking you what the problem is. Getting an answer to your problem might take much, much longer, even if you have signed their non pro-active service contract. Which you have to cancel 3 months in advance by letter b.t.w., or it will be prolonged for another expensive year, and we all know how that goes. Will I use their service again? I'm afraid not.
the worst company ever for alarm: I got a call from the salesman and had a contract only for 269SEK/Month and I paid that in advanced for 1 year and then binding for 6 years. and then a bunch of papers to sign to show that I owe them some money and I thought that's the money we discussed later I found out beside this 269 I have to pay back 13800 SEK debt with high interest to another company, this is how they cheat on selling stuff, I could buy much better product with that money without needing to pay extra every year.
