For once an easy, helpful, smooth, competent and fast service company. We had an issue with our oven, as the inner glas had exploded during the pyrolyse. At first we use our previous service provide but we had to wait for a technician to come, we didnt any report just that the original parts aren t produced anymore although equivalent can be ordered, no solution, nothing and we had to chase them to get a report that changed all the time Vitvarhjälpen are the opposite, they answered quickly, they make their best to quickly come. They are transparent, provide advise, and even slightly less expensive than our previous one. A big thank you to Göran, who was so helpful, fair, transparent! thanks guys!

Great service, choose this one. Dishwasher was bust. Worried about calling some cowboy company in. Did a bit of research. Found VitvaruHjälpen. Jocke showed up on time, in the window I was given. Fixed the dishwasher in like 5 minutes, no mess, no fuss. Paid only 500SEK, as it's a RUT / ROT avdrag thing. Paid by Swish too. As its 2018. Now I can stop washing up in the sink, like a caveman.
