Super reliable! Friendly & helpful. Needed urgent assistance over the weekend and they came over within one hour and fixed the issue within 1 hour. Affordable prices. No hidden costs. Highly recommend.
They promised to fix my oven for 1800 SEK over the phone and eventually charged me 3000 SEK despite not being able to fix it at all. This complete lack of both competence and transparency on their pricing is simply unacceptable. UPDATE: Apparently the whole problem was due to Swedish taxation, the so called "moms" and "rutavdrag". When they communicated the price they expected me to know about these tax charges, but as a foreign resident I was not aware of them.
