Waterproof Direct Sverige - Mould Remediation & Dehumidification

I am very pleased with the work that Waterproof Direct has done in our crawl space. Tina, who was very nice and knowledgeable, came out and inspected the crawl space and quickly came up with a proposal to keep it dry and in good condition for a long time to come. The work then started with two talented guys coming with a blower truck and blowing shingles into the crawl space. The next day, Rasmus from Waterproof Direct came and installed Isoreflekte ground cover fabric on top of the shingles and a DH4 sorption dehumidifier. Rasmus was very friendly, thorough and professional. It was immediately noticeable that he has a lot of experience and really knows what he is doing. The result was really good! I can highly recommend Tina and Rasmus for a safe treatment and a very well done job.

Waterproof did a great job laying the groundsheet and installing a dehumidifier in our crawl space. Serious, communicative and service-oriented all the way. They also laid pipes under the groundsheet so that we can connect a radon suction if measurements show that we have elevated values. In that case, we are more than happy to hear from Waterproof again. Thanks for the good work.

Waterproof, led by Janne, are fantastic! Helpful, honest, pragmatic and thorough. Clear in communication, go the extra mile and are available for all kinds of questions and concerns. What Waterproof helped us with was installing ventilated floors in a basement house where the old storage room and floor in the hall and living room were to be torn out. Underfloor heating was to be reinstalled and then the ventilated floor was followed by new floors and moldings on top. Everything went smoothly and the invoice was accurate. Lasse and others who carried out the carpentry etc. were equally fantastic. I can only highly recommend Waterproof - this is how you wish all companies acted. World class.

Very happy with the crawl space insulation and additional dehumidifier. The humidity in the foundation is now at acceptable levels and the cabin smell is gone. Tina who booked everything and Rasmus and Anton who carried out the work were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Waterproof.

As soon as we felt a moisture smell in the house, we tried to check for the companies who can check and fix this. We are glad that we got Janne from waterproof and he quickly rushed to the house to check and explained the next steps. I can say that he has overwhelming experience in the mold and moisture. As per his guidance and our requirement, we quickly installed the ventilation. The installation time and cost was as per the agreement and the job has completed on time and he is in contact post installation to see if there are any problems. Overall awesome job with clear process. I can highly recommend Janne for any mold, moisture, radon, ventilation and other problems in the homes.
