One of the worst experiences I have had with a service shop. After a very long waiting time to receive our curtain (we ordered at 13th May) our order was not fulfilled and we were told that the curtain is lost! The order process already took longer (8 weeks) than what they initially communicated to us (between 4 to 6 weeks). The order was performed at the shop, they received our deposit asked a lot of questions about the size etc. and then a week later emailed to tell us the order has not gone through cause they have more questions! Even the order of the material was paused which was totally irrelevant to their questions. Already then we were disappointed and wanted to cancel our order but gave them the benefit of the doubt. You know I'm business these things happen. Especially if the personnel is inexperienced... But the worst was when we received an email that our ordered curtain is ready for pick uu but when we go to the shop, they can't find it and we are informed that our curtain is lost!! How can that be? there is an order number and a confirmation and a very long waiting time. How can someone pick up our order by mistake as they told us? They never apologized for the delay, from the beginning they handled the order very unstructured and nonchalant. Strongly recommend not to shop there to save yourself time and frustration. We checked afterwards and saw the same material and order for a curtain online takes 10 days. We ordered that instead.

I would not give a star at all to this place, but it needs a warning to not visit at all. Their website doesn't meet critera for security (it is even harmful) there are NOTHING in the shop (no extraordinary that doesn't exist elsewhere). The staff (as other has written) are very rood, unpolite and ignorant specially Daniel. I wonder how this shop still can exist?? I would not waiste any time to go here at all. Go to other competitors like Happy Homes, Colorma, Bauhaus, Beijer, Bygghemma etc. anyone! they have the same products and extraordinary choices and excellent customer service and be treated like a king!
