Apartment renovation. Brand new oak parquet was laid, two rooms were wallpapered, but above all a complete renovation of the bathroom. The schedule was on time and they did not go over budget from the quote, which impressed me. Right at the start of construction, the project manager started a group with everyone involved, which made communication very smooth. In addition, they were adaptable to last minute changes on our part, which we appreciated.

We hired Farshid and his team at Construct Sweden to project manage the renovation of our newly purchased turn-of-the-century apartment on Söder. We did a fairly extensive renovation, including: - Raised the ceiling to original height - Built a new kitchen on site - Installed new electricity throughout the apartment - Tore up and restored all floors - Tore up walls and repainted - Built-in wardrobes - Built-in kitchen sofa - Stucco and skirting boards We couldn't be happier with the renovation! The collaboration with Farshid and his team was transparent, smooth and with daily reconciliations. Right when the renovation started, Farshid started a WhatsApp group with the entire team (craftsmen, electricians, painters, etc.) where they gave daily updates on how the renovation was progressing so we could give each other quick and direct feedback. Renovated my kitchen from the 50s. Took in a few quotes but Construct Sweden gave the most serious price. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. Any obstacles that arose they fixed without any problems. Very professional and serious company.
