Delta Gym is a fantastic place to work out in Stockholm! We were impressed with the high-quality equipment and welcoming atmosphere. My husband and I compete in bodybuilding, and while visiting Stockholm we needed to stay on track with our workouts — this gym was perfect for completing our routine. Highly recommend for anyone serious about training.

Been to over 100 gyms in Stockholm and this one's easily one of the best hardcore bodybuilding gyms in the whole city, only real one in central Stockholm too. Yeah it's small, but who cares, size matters when it's about muscle, not floor space. They crammed more machines in here than most gyms twice the size. Only thing missing is a seated lateral raise machine, but whatever, not a dealbreaker This place is basically legendary if you know anything about bodybuilding in Sweden. If you're serious about getting huge, if you compete, if you live this life, this is the spot. And if you're on gear you'll feel right at home, nobody's crying about it here Changing rooms and toilets are kinda beat, not gonna lie, they look old and worn out, but honestly that just adds to the vibe, feels raw, no bullshit, no fluff If you're a casual gym-goer just trying to get your steps in or mess around with cardio, yoga, pilates, whatever, this ain't your place. I'm here to lift heavy, get huge and that's it It's the closest 5/5 gym to where I live, I would've made it my main spot if I didn't work weekends, I'm off at 5 and the gym shuts at 7. I don't do quick sessions bro, I need 2-3 hours minimum. I don't half-ass shit, I train to grow, and I can't hit it like I want on weekends here, and yeah that sucks

Favorite place to go! No matter if you are just starting out or a competition body builder. This place is filled with motivating and amazing people. Up-lifting (pun intended) environment that focuses on having fun, being healthy and just doing your thing. No judgments at all, only people pushing you to do your best. The facility is well equiped, being updated on the regular, always tidy, clean and everyone re-racks weights in the right places and most people clean. They sell healthy food options that are pre-made and can be to-go or eat there with real cutlery. They have their own workout suppliments, they sell energy drinks, coffee and bars and have a microwave, fridge and tables so you can re-fuel or pre-fuel. And they have their own clothing brands that includes hoodies, pants, caps and bags.

Nice gym. A lot of equipment; free weights and machines. Day fee around 10 euros. Definitely recommend it.
