Quick response to my quote request. The salesman Adam came to our home and gave a very good impression and seemed knowledgeable in the area. Booked an installation a week and a half after the home visit, the installers contacted us a few hours before they were supposed to arrive and arrived just before the agreed time, great. Nice treatment from them too, I showed where I wanted the indoor/outdoor players and they did their thing. About 2 hours later the pump was in place, everything was very well done, positively surprised by the attention to detail.

Very nice and informative about the air source heat pump so you felt good confidence as a customer. Not only that they come and are quiet and leave. Will certainly return as a customer in the future.
