Professional installation of a ground source heat pump (Daikin Altherma 3 GEO 0.85/10 KW for heating and cooling) and dismantling of the old system. Great job by Ahmad (who was in charge and carried out most of the work), Nor and Thomas. Good and functional placement of all units, neat pipework etc. in a tight space. Can highly recommend these people!
Bytte till ny bergvärmepump och kompletterade systemet med fläktkonvektor, samt bytte samtliga termostatventiler på husets radiatorer. Träffade flera leverantörer innan jag valde. Gamla hus kan ge överraskningar och visst blev det ett återbesök för att fixa det sista - men det som avgör det höga betyget är EKVTs inställning och vilja till dialog och att det ska bli bra. Allting skedde i tid, bra dialog kring alternativa lösningar där det fanns olika vägval i installationer, och med respektfullt bemötande fixades allt.
Installation of air to air heat pump was good. Had problems getting even heat in the house. Contacted Hassan and he came for a visit. He came up with a suggestion that I prevent the air from rising to the second floor and wanted me to hear back in two days. I followed his suggestion but failed to get heat on the lower floor 17 degrees. I have small children! So I tried to contact him twice but no answer. Another person asked him about me and he unfortunately replied that I call him all the time but that is not true. I called him twice so it is sad that he expressed himself that way. I do not want to judge other people's actions but I wonder why people disappear when you need their help.
