Beautiful furniture and excellent service! Whether you are looking for bigger furniture like a sofa or something simple like a decorative pillow, the staff gives you the same amount of time and advice to make sure you're happy with your choices. A special shout out to Edita from the Kungsgatan store who even called us a few weeks after our last purchase to see if all was ok.
I have ordered a sofa with the help of Anika in Stockholm store we designed it and she helped me with choosing the right fabric for it. It was delivered on time and looks fascinating I am very happy and grateful for this service.
We worked with Annika Tillgren on designing a few rooms in our new place. She was excellent at listening to our wishes and coming up with stylish and perfect solutions. She was diligent with putting together a plan and examples before we came to the appointment. She had our whole place on a program to play around with the interior design options, sort of like playing The Sims! We worked on the design over several appointments until we were completely happy. The furniture came and is gorgeous and of great quality. We actually enjoyed putting it together compared to most furniture instructions!
We bought most of our furniture from Boconcept in Stockholm city (Kungsgatan). Our interior designer (Izabelle Ribbenstrand) was amazing and helpful. Izabelle took our apartment's floor plan and came up with full interior design for the whole apartment within few days. She picked the perfect furniture that fits our apartment and with the help of their very modern software , we were able to see how our apartment will look well before we even moved in. The quality of the furniture is amazing and above all the service we got from Izabelle was excellent! She was very professional, patient , talented and kind! She even came to the apartment when the furniture were delivered to instruct the installers where everything should be placed. I strongly recommend this place.
