We worked with Brindle on design aesthetic and purchasing of several products for several rooms in our new apartment and the process, communication, creativity, professionalism, and overall experience was exceptional! Highly recommended!

The team at Brindle did a wonderful job of decorating our apartment in Stockholm. They blended some heritage pieces and a modern setting with exquisite taste. Strongly recommended.

We had a pretty good experience with Brindle. Despite some issues with the delivery time and the coordination between them and their suppliers, the end product of what they designed was amazing, given our constraints on our taste. They managed to blend what we had with new furniture and colors very well, and what to complement our apartment. Would recommend Brindle!

First, we were happy with the high quality creative work done by Brindle. However, our overall experience was not good due to massive delays in delivery. It started with poor responsiveness upfront and long lead times before getting creative inspiration, suggested furniture and textiles, then prices and last lead times of suggested products to buy via Brindle. All done separately taking a few opaque days each, always slower than expected and after we had sent chaser emails. Already at this point we felt that it was risky to order via Brindle and ordered less than planned (using only 20% of our planned budget with them) to instead find furniture and textiles from other sources where price and delivery times were transparent (not cheaper, but faster). This was very fortunate, since the delivery experience with Brindle was as bad as we feared. All items were delivered late. Examples: * Chairs took __9 months to be delivered __ after 3 delays (a few months at the time, so we couldn’t just say no and order elsewhere), even if Brindle had said it would take 4-6 weeks. This was first due to Brindle not placing the order until almost two weeks after we emailed the confirmation to them, meaning the item was no longer in stock, and then other unexplained delays. The same chairs were available in stock from multiple other retailers online * The wrong lamp was delivered, we ordered a set of two identical lamps and received different ones - both with delays, also then having to wait a second time for delivery We were compensated for this with a 15% discount on our order, and did receive an apology. Would consider recommending Brindle to others for creative work paid by hour, especially if doing something big B2B for a hotel or similar where we perhaps would have been more cared for as customers, but definitely not for a full offering of creative and products as a private B2C customer.
