Extremely rigid and won't listen to their clients. If you don't follow exactly what they want, they will just dump you as a customer. That’s how I experienced it, Kristina and Anna. Your project manager was good to work with but you set incorrect expectations. Sorry!

A bit of a disaster! We used Fru Brolin for 2 years ago to furnish our entire apartment while we were aboard. Why I am writing the review now is that I am looking for a stylist now again and Fru Brolin came into my feed as highly recommended. It felt then like a obligation to tell you about our experience. The original plan was to meet with the stylist while I Stockholm and they had more than 6 months to furnish and style our 3 rooms apartment while we were abroad planning our move to Stockholm. In their offices we met with one of their stylist who asked for our preferences lengthy. Here the good things ended. Next time we heard back from them was 4 months later when they told us that the stylist we met has left without a proper project handover and that we now got a new stylist which we were suppose to meet digitally. This new project manager was all business and wanted to get the job done meaning furnishing the apartment. There was no talk of like and dislike or style preference this time. It was more like what can you actually receive in the time that is left!!! And imagine talking color and textile digitally pre Covid with no great video conferencing platform. For a hefty price tag the apartment was furnished with suboptimal solutions, main requests like creating an efficient workspace was neglected cause “it couldn’t be done” and the finish was not great. They couldn’t even be reached to discuss what we didn’t like when we were actually in the apartment. Oh and also they managed to loose our keys during the period they had it. So all in all one of the more expensive mistakes I have made. I would avoid if you are not ready to micromanage.

From the very beginning with our meeting with Ulrika through various stages of conception, production and renovation, we encountered only professionalism, reliability and enthusiasm. Not only the dedicated employees at Fru Bohlin (a special thanks to Miou who did her utmost to ensure that everything and and everyone involved were satisfied) but their choice of craftsmen was spectacular. All deadlines were met on time and follow up work was executed flawlessly and without objections. We can only highly recommend them all and will work with them again on any following projects. Thank you so much for your great work and all the best to you!! Thomas and Curt
