A really good installer. Even though he didn't speak perfect Swedish, we were able to communicate well. The installer was fast, efficient, skilled, and did an absolutely excellent job. We were so satisfied that we had to contact the company to show our appreciation.
We ordered a kitchen faucet with installation via Bygghemma. The installation was supposed to take place on October 8 at 1:30 PM according to text and email. No one came or heard from them. When I called about 40 minutes later, I was told that the time had “been wrong in the system” and was actually 3:30 PM – without anyone informing me. In addition, one of their employees in the background (Alex) who was unprofessional started raising his voice and saying things like “What do you want? We could be several hours late, there is traffic in Stockholm” in a rude way. I wanted to talk to his manager then and he claimed that he was the manager (then it is even worse). Very bad treatment and no respect for the customer's time. My sister-in-law had to take time off unnecessarily to wait. Absolutely not recommended!!!
