We had our keys stolen while we were abroad and needed quick help when we got home. Linus quickly arranged for the technician Osman to come out. Last night Oleksiy saved my Friday! We had planned a barbecue with friends, I had done some shopping and when I got home I discovered that my family was in another city and I didn't have any keys. I thought it was a disaster! After ten minutes of panic and crying I called a locksmith. After ten minutes Oleksiy was there, and after only two minutes he had opened the door so I could come in and start preparing dinner and the barbecue. Oleksiy is incredibly professional, calmed me down in a stressful situation and did the job quickly and perfectly. Many, many thanks for your help! I highly recommend him.

I was helped by the technician Linus, who was very professional and clear. He carefully explained both the work process and the cost of lock opening during on-call hours in an emergency situation. Because I have 2 doors to enter my apartment, I was able to remove and prepare for the job. This was not an emergency job. I just didn’t have the experience to know where to drill a couple of holes into the failed lock housing to release the hook mechanism that was keeping the door from opening. So all in all he was here for 20 minutes, did not need to prepare anything, drilled a couple of holes, released the jammed hook and charged me 1200 kr. The price of that kind of expertise with travel is perhaps 600-800kr in my opinion.
