The company that completely lacks customer service. How about waiting 6 weeks for a crappy lock in the basement or 3 weeks to get two door code boxes working. Nightmare for us on the board of the BRF. Everything happens in slow motion and without any communication whatsoever unless you yourself are lying. Worthless. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.
Because I have 2 doors to enter my apartment, I was able to remove and prepare for the job. This was not an emergency job. I just didn’t have the experience to know where to drill a couple of holes into the failed lock housing to release the hook mechanism that was keeping the door from opening. So all in all he was here for 20 minutes, did not need to prepare anything, drilled a couple of holes, released the jammed hook and charged me 1200 kr. The price of that kind of expertise with travel is perhaps 600-800kr in my opinion.
