The inspector gave a completely incorrect opinion, which could have been very expensive. Luckily, we got the invoice credited, so in that way they were good.

bad company! not trustable! If they missed problem but you find it out by yourself, do not report it immediately. Until the problem has caused big damage, cost more than 10000KR, to your house, then you may report and ask for compensation. Otherwise, no matter how much you spend to fix the problem itself, not the damage, they will not compensate it because the damage is so small. For example, if they missed water leakage problem but you find it out by yourself and it causes just small stain now. No matter how much you spend to replace whatever to fix the leakage problem, you will not get compensation.
