Left an unlocked mechanical mousetrap without a cover in the park where preschoolers play. Directly life-threatening for the kindergarteners as it has a large open hole to put your hand in. Refuses to install a cover despite several requests to their customer service to do so. A real crooked company.

First appointment, they do not even show up. Second appointment, they show up after 3 hours and they forget to clean half of the place. When you complain, they say you have to pay again for them to come out. Never again. On top... super expensive even if they would have done their job right.

Called the number that is displayed here as I want to speak to the staff working at the front office at HQ. I get connected to some type of telephone exchange to a woman who have no idea what the number to them is and is unable to connect me. Asking a simple question on how to reach them, in a dismissal tone she told me that she had no idea. This is a poor joke.

Got quite an young and dumb technician who doesn't know how to treat bed bug! He believes Diatomaceous Earth will kill all bed bug . It is widely accepted that Diatomaceous Earth alone can not kill/eradicate bed bug. It has to be supplemented with Heat Treatment. Diatomaceous Earth is bad for Asthma patient as well as for children. We have child and Asthma patient also. I was quite surprise to see how much dumb or corrupted Anticimex became . They want to promote and sell DE instead of providing environment friendly Heat Treatment. They have lack of skills now a days. Unfortunate that Anticimex getting more and more corrupted and arrogant after acquiring local pest control companies. With network and secret agreement with housing agencies they can advise whatever they want. This is called corporate corruption.

Avoid like the plague. Every single part of my experience was unpleasant.
