Very nice electrician who came quite immediately after I called for help. He explained very well what had happened and what needed to be done. The most important thing of all was that he was able to solve the problem temporarily, until we urgently had to change the electrical switchboard. So grateful for the help! I got the next visit after 1 week, even though they were fully booked. Another nice electrician, Alex, came. Very nice, explained, worked all day and cleaned up nicely after himself. Kai, who I have had contact with since the start, has been so accommodating and nice. He has both called me and emailed me, explained, and contacted me after each job. I asked Jouren to unblock the floor drain for the shower in my apartment. They told me on the phone and in a text message that the price would be 5490kr. The plumber arrived and only took about 20 minutes to finish the job, with minimal tools The invoice we received was then for 8241kr. They had told me a price twice with ROT deducted, even though they knew it did not apply to the work I asked them to do (unblock a drain in an apartment). I was misled about the price and overcharged for the amount of work they did. I've had the same service from another company recently for less than half the price. I recommend you use a different company for emergency plumbing if you can.
I was very happy with the speed that someone showed up. What was really helpful was the customer service person who helped me communicate well with the plumber since I do not speak Swedish. Above and beyond as far as being on speaker phone with me to explain the situation.
