William gave me wrong information regarding actions needed on my side regarding the activation of my car insurance, that caused my car to be uninsured for 2 weeks and i got a big fine from TFF because of it. when exposed to the boss Paulina, they say they have done nothing wrong. Unacceptable behavior from a company you should stay away from. You cannot trust them. Go straight to the insurance company.
