It was most terrible support conversation in my life. I challenged 50% increase on my insurance, and said you have not informed me. And support directly blamed me with stating that they sent an email and they can see that I opened it. I opened but I did not open attached pdf and I did not expect 50% increase at all. But more importantly, support tried to accuse me and respond me that theh can not adjust the insurance fee. I did not ask for adjustment. I emphasize the unfairness of 50% increase. I will reach you all possible ways.
Really good app, at least for animal insurance. They've always been very nice and professional and I don't have to wait for answers very long. Warmly recommend them!
better find an another big company being a customer for 4 years they way they handled the claim for a minor issue scared the shit out of me
Bulshit insurance i dont recommend home insurance from this company my iphone 14 pro mobile screen broke its fall down from hand and i apply for repair compensation and what i got for compensation 472 krone hahahhahaa and agent told mobile cost now 2250 krone on market value i told to agent please buy me even used iphone 14pro with 2250 krone 472 krone you cannt buy cover from iphone store highly not recommend
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I got my electric bike stolen in a locked garden and they did not reimburse me. There are better choices out there.
