Are you heading here to sign a contract? Make sure to double check EVERYTHING about the apartment you are buying. The broker lied about the tile stoves in the apartment we bought working and could be used - and lied about a "planned fee reduction". If you are a buyer, be very careful and double check/ask for evidence on everything the broker claims (or avoid it altogether). Update: have now incurred a tax debt of over 100,000 kronor because this broker claimed that a home that was registered as two apartment numbers with the association could be reported as one home.
We strongly advise everyone not to use this brokerage firm, especially as a buyer. We have many stories to tell regarding our buying experience from this brokerage firm and a specific broker, and everything I write is confirmed in text messages from the broker. In summary, the broker was unprofessional in his treatment, biased (without understanding a buyer's needs), unhelpful and made personal attacks against me and my partner. We do not want anyone to have to share our experience as home buying should be something fun and not full of all the stress that this brokerage firm has given us.
