During the process, there were recurring shortcomings in transparency, communication and structure around viewings, speculators and bidding. After the transaction was completed, several people have contacted us and stated that they had a clear interest in the home but were never given the opportunity to participate in the bidding, which raises serious questions about how the process was carried out. We have simply sold our house without the right information and lost millions in a bidding process.
These people are not serious and are aggressively phoning people to obtain estimations based on dubious information. Avoid!
