Worst experience ever! I have dealt with two brokers at this company and it is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a broker. I helped my 75 year old mother-in-law look for an apartment and this company was then the broker for some interesting apartments in Solna. The first broker was very short in his answers about everything but mainly questions about the apartment and not exactly helpful. The whole experience felt very nonchalant and I thought we should let the apartment go and move on but my mother-in-law was so in love with the apartment so we tried it anyway. As I said, my mother-in-law is 75 years old and moving was a big project, so we specifically asked if there was a possibility of access during the weekend and if it is possible for the furniture company to drop off furniture during the weekend or early on Monday, and all that would not be a problem at all even though the actual access would take place on Monday afternoon. As I said, lots were promised and everything was peace and quiet until my mother-in-law actually moved in and everything was signed and ready... then nothing that had been promised applied Everything with the moving company and the furniture company had to be rescheduled at the last minute because this particular broker had quit and we had gotten a new broker who denied everything and was not accommodating or understanding at all. There was no interest whatsoever in trying to help or trying to understand or check what had been promised by the previous broker but we received ALL INFORMATION 2 weeks before my mother-in-law was to move in and this was after I had contacted Fantastic Frank just to check STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY They promise things here and there to get you to sign and pay the down payment and then they completely go against the grain Again, I have never had such a bad experience with a brokerage firm and everything was disgusting AFTER we had signed the papers.
