When selling our apartment on Kungsholmen, we hired David B and Jens F at Estate. They did a brilliant job, which included good feedback on styling, service with emergency purchase of flowers for the display, and kept us well informed throughout the process! Order and order in both the viewings and the contract writing and subsequent declaration. Would definitely hire Estate again and can highly recommend them to others who are buying or selling a home!

When we were going to sell our apartment, we went on a few viewings to be able to choose which broker would be assigned to sell our apartment. By chance, we ended up on a viewing that David and Jens held. They made us feel seen and they were present during our visit without being intrusive. Just as we wanted our broker to meet our speculators. Once the choice was made and David and Jens were assigned, they were responsive to our wishes while contributing with their long-standing expertise. They kept a professional attitude to the assignment and kept us sellers informed throughout the entire process that ended with us selling our apartment for a record sum in our association. We received first-class help and for that reason I can happily recommend everyone to turn to David and Jens when selling and buying a home.

I do not recommend Jens Falkenå at Gergils Estate Fastighetsbyrå AB for anyone who wants to make a serious housing transaction. In addition to the fact that he edited out the damage to the apartment in the pictures for the prospectus, he was very unavailable and rarely responded to emails. Jens conveyed the wrong amount to the seller when we placed an offer over the phone, a higher amount than we had put in to get the price of the apartment. When we were to measure the purchased apartment before the move-in date, he gave us the wrong keys that went to another apartment he was going to sell. On the move-in date (which he also forgot the date of twice), we did not get all the keys we were supposed to have. Furthermore, when showing the apartment, he did not have a very good grasp of either the area or the association and did not draw our attention to shortcomings in the apartment regarding broken appliances. Finally, Jens was careless and told the wrong amount to the bank when transferring. We enjoy the apartment but will not hire Jens when selling it.
