Cancelled my booking out of nowhere due to a bunch of lame excuses such as "we did not know how to set up the page", "we were out sick and did therefore not see bookings" etc.<br><br>They cancelled our booking because it was not suitable for a baby. When I replied we did not have a baby, it was unsuitable for children. Next excuse was that they did not accept instant booking before interviews.<br><br>The end result was, that my booking was cancelled which they did not see as a problem because there was plenty of other opportunities in the area.<br><br>So - remember you will not know whether you will have this booking or not, even though you accept their terms and the booking is confirmed. It can change for no reason out of nowhere and leave you with the problem.
The place was very dirty when we arrived so we had to deep clean it. Other than that the landlord was helpful and communicated well when problems happened. eg. When the fridge broke down she was really quick to help.
They replied really fast and responded perfectly to our demands. Even when our fridge broke down, they sent immediately a technician and when it was assessed that it couldn’t be fixed, a new one was bought and brought to our apartment really fast. Had a really good experience over all.
The house served as our residence for a little over three and a half years during our diplomatic posting in Stockholm. It's a very beautiful and lovely house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We really felt at home and was a big factor in making our stay and time in Sweden a very pleasant one. Likewise, Rental Express is very professional and Nathalie was helpful and reliable through the whole process when we were leasing the house and when we had to leave. I highly recommend their services and the property if one is looking to rent a home in Stockholm.
