Good brokers don't grow on trees. These guys know their stuff!
The broker had forgotten where he was going. Knocked on the neighbor's door. Blamed his ex-girlfriend who he had visited. He had forgotten information. The broker did not ask a single relevant question about the object. He said he did not like writing contracts or the legal part. I contacted the CEO who thought his broker had done a good job. Unfortunately, the name Sotheby's is no guarantee of a serious company and I would never entrust a multi-million dollar deal to such a company.
Totally ignored as a seller. They have in no way fulfilled their mission.
