Lisa Söderbaum is one of the best lawyers I have ever met. She is someone who listens and helps with legal issues. Thank you for your professionalism.
I am very satisfied with the help I received. Very fast and professional contact and great commitment to my case. They were very helpful and gave me security throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend this law firm.
Paulina provided a warm and professional welcome, explained everything clearly and helped us quickly with legal issues surrounding a housing transaction where the tenants did not follow the agreement. We felt safe and well informed throughout the process, and received exactly the help we needed. Highly recommended!
Kayla Perjons is a skilled and wise real estate lawyer! She not only helped us in a professional and efficient manner, but also showed genuine concern for us as clients. Instead of unnecessarily taking the case to court, she guided us towards a settlement – a decision that saved us time, energy and costs. It was clear that she put our interests first, rather than maximizing her own fee. I can highly recommend Kayla!
Warning about a rogue lawyer! We would like to draw your attention to our experience with lawyer Sofie Hallqvist, who was hired through the Swedish Companies Registration Office and approved by members to conduct a review of the board's work. Unfortunately, we have encountered several serious problems: She has not worked with the material required for the review. The documents she has actually processed have been handled very poorly and carelessly. She has mixed up important concepts in her work, which has caused several problems and risks creating even greater future problems for the association, which is already financially affected. The work was significantly delayed. She refuses to answer questions about the remuneration and how it has been calculated. We recommend that you be extra careful if you are considering hiring her. Always check references and agreements carefully before entering into cooperation. A report to the Swedish Bar Association's Disciplinary Committee will be made.
