a big disappointment when it comes to legal help. They charge extremely high amounts, often more expensive than regular law firms. For their "express service" of 995 SEK, I only got a generic answer that a law student could have googled. The contracts are unclear from the start, and after I sent feedback about a lost case, an unexpected extra invoice came, even though I had already paid for the material. Communication is terrible: hard to reach, no clear answers and no follow-up. Waste of time and money
I have had a very bad experience with Lawline. During the course of the case, they have: Several times sent incorrect invoices and invoiced for costs that do not correspond to the work performed. Lacked basic control over previous agreements and instructions, the flow of information internally is chaotic. Constantly used new case managers, without these having experience or insight into the case. Showed extremely poor communication: often no answers to questions or incomplete answers. Appeared to be focused solely on revenue, without regard for customer satisfaction or ethical guidelines. In summary, I experience Lawline as unprofessional, unethical and completely uninterested in delivering a serious legal service. I strongly advise against hiring them.
Greedy and incompetent. Don't know the law, but they know how to take your money. I suggest you look somewhere else for legal counsel.
They promised to solve our legal problems, but then it was a long series of delays, exaggerations and problems. Never encountered such poor service! Use any other service.
Very greedy and childish behaviour from the lawyers. The students are wonderful but knowledge in the actual law is disappointing. You just feel like you're being scammed by the lawyers and they seem desperate for money. Call someplace else.
