Flyttella Moving Company

The worst moving company. Read all the reviews with one stars! They are very unprofessional and beware they may not come on time. They mistreat their workers who are immigrants and probably not earning much and very overworked and cannot come to your place on agreed dates. They charge full price and give non existent service and they are rude and careless. Below you can see my interaction with their workers. The did not deliver or pickup my boxes on time. The cleaning was bad and the newly moved in buyers to my sold property complained about it. Also below images of my boxes not being picked up but I had to pay full price for it. I had to chase them down to collect the boxes and they came late evening the next day on a weekend but the finance person was so arrogant stating “ I understand that you were dissatisfied with the communication, however, the fact remains that the service was completed. Our driver arrived with the truck, delivered the boxes, and later picked them up as agreed. Therefore, the service has been carried out in full, and the payment obligation remains.”

Aleksandra did an exceptional job in the apartment. She was thorough and quick. She even shared a video of the apartment before leaving. The way she communicated made things easy, and made me feel relaxed. When I called Flyttella to book a deep cleaning, they were friendly and they were able to come the next day. The price was also very reasonable.

The service for moving is excellent.They were on time and very professional. They packed, dismantled and took care of fragile items and moved it and did a fabulous job assembling and keeping it in place at the destination. We highly recommend flytella for very prompt professional hassle free service.The move out cleaning also was very professional and everything in the list was thoroughly cleaned and shining .We look forward to booking with Flyttella in future for their good service.keep up the good work.

I hired Flytella to move and to do the moving- cleaning of my previous house. The cleaning crew did an excellent job, beyond satisfied and the movers worked extremely hard and were professional in all aspects. The admin staff were also helpful and I got the best price! Would definitely recommend them for both services.
