Had a great experience with Flyttfabriken. The movers were quick, careful and charming folk, came on time and even finished moving up in less time than expected. The service was also very affordable. Would use them again, and will recommend to others.
We are really happy with Abdullah, Salim, Raza & Sinani Ariel from Flyttfabriken for their help during our office move. They were extremely professional and hard working. Took very good care of everything during the move.
The schedule failed. I had agreed on a move for Saturday at 9:00, and all plans with the landlord regarding cleaning etc. were made based on that. I specifically booked the early slot to ensure everything would stay on schedule. On Friday I received a call saying the movers would be delayed and would arrive at 11:00, or at the very latest by 12:00. On Saturday, they finally arrived at 13:45. This caused challenges for my schedule and arrangements. The movers themselves were excellent and did a really good job, so the problem is not with them but with the office responsible for planning and scheduling.
I have nothing bad to say about the actual movers -- they did a great job and finished the move very quickly and efficiently. However I am not able to leave a positive review because the communication from Flyttfabriken was very poor. They gave me a window of 14.00 +/- 1h. At 15.00 I had not heard anything yet, so I called to ask for a status update. They told me that the movers were finishing up with another customer and then they would be on their way in about 30 min. At 17.00 I still hadn't heard anything more, so I called again and was told that they would check with the movers and then call me back. By 18.00 I had not received a call back, so I called again and was told the movers were on their way to me. At 18.30 I received a call from Flyttfabriken telling me that the movers would not be able to make it to me that day. They told me that two of their vehicles had broken down causing a delay, and that this was also why they had not been able to call me with any updates. They offered to reschedule me for the weekend, which I accepted. However, at this point I had lost all trust that they would actually come, or that I would receive any communication from them at all in the event of a delay. This made the entire experience very stressful since I (like most people when moving) had only a few days until I had to be out of the old place. I would easily forgive a delay if there had been good communication about it. In the end, the movers did come the next day (1.5h earlier than expected) and things went very smoothly from there.
This is second moving I am doing in Sweden and I am so happy that I decided to choose Flyttfabriken this time. From the quotation update until the box pick up, everything went smooth. Communication was always clear and fast. And the moving was done in 2,5hrs when it was expected 4 hours. Highly recommend! I will use them again for next moving.
