I almost never write recommendations, and even less did I think I would do it for an inspector, but after working with Mathias at BKS Konsulter, it is my duty to do so. I first hired Mathias for a status inspection of a bathroom in a newly purchased apartment where another inspector had simply been careless. Mathias came in, noted all and more errors, made recommendations, was proactive and supportive, both with protocols, legal, contacts, etc. This led to us later hiring the same Mathias for an in-depth damage investigation where Mathias once again documented, explained and coached in an exemplary and careful manner. Much thanks to Mathias' fantastic and honest work, compared to the seller's careless inspectors, we later managed to "win" a settlement with the seller. Mathias then helped me with an inspection during construction of the same bathroom and the same for a kitchen. Mathias is objective, easy to deal with, delivers on time and has an incredibly high level of service. Mathias is an extraordinary inspector. I wish I had hired Mathias before we bought the apartment, but now I know that I should always hire Mathias before we buy an apartment and I recommend anyone who is going to buy a home or renovate a home to hire Mathias for both proactive help and reactive/final inspection assistance.

Hired BKS consultants for an inspection of a condominium and am very satisfied. They were able to offer an appointment the same day and were very professional. Mathias, who carried out the inspection, was very educational and was also able to give advice on the division of responsibility in case of damage indications and, for example, how insurance companies usually approach different types of damage. The inspection report was comprehensive and easily accessible. They were also available after the inspection for questions and advice. I got much more out of the inspection than I expected. A very good investment with personal and professional support that helped me make a well-informed decision in my home purchase.

Mathias at BKS consultants performed a professional inspection. Advice before, during and after implementation. We felt very safe with Mathias and BKS from start to finish, in an otherwise quite messy process of renovation. It was incredibly nice to be able to bring in a professional who makes a correct assessment of the work carried out. A basis that we have greatly benefited from in the continuing process.
