HEKO helped us with construction drawings for our new construction of a villa and we are very satisfied with both the solutions they found and the dialogue throughout the project.
Martin did structural drawings for our timber frame townhouse conversion. We are very pleased with how efficient and thorough he was, and how good he was at explaining the drawings and quickly answering any questions we had. Highly recommended!
I have used HEKO for two changes in my apartment and can highly recommend Martin. Very professional both in dialogue and delivery. Martin is great at explaining his drawings to someone who is not familiar with building construction, which made it easier for me to keep track of my project. Will definitely use him again if I need help from a designer again.
We contacted HEKO for a wall investigation before opening up a doorway between two apartments that we were going to convert into one large one. We had the investigation done the day after we sent in all the drawings and then we needed to get a drawing and a control plan produced as it was a load-bearing wall. They produced these the same day we received the report which was really beyond expectations! I really recommend them for good and quick help with these jobs
I was dissatisfied with the quality of the work. There was poor communication and the results were not what we thought that we agreed upon. We hired another firm to redo some of the work.
