Called Dick's today for advice and information regarding my stove that only worked half-way with the hotplates. They booked me in the same week and installed the dishwasher quickly and smoothly. The person who came was nice and quickly ran to get the drip guard when he saw I was missing it. No strange things on the invoice. However, I don't think I was in contact with the owner, so I can't comment on that.
Do not use this company. Worst company that should be reported to the Swedish Consumer Agency. Extremely unpleasant aggressive treatment by the owner. Trying to invoice for made-up errors and trick them into paying more.
Very nice and give good advice even when it means they are not allowed to sell anything. I was told that it would cost at least 2000 SEK to fix my washing machine and the recommendation was not to do it because it was too old to keep alive.
Incredibly nice treatment from the employee who books the work, the service technicians are very nice and competent. However, the owner and the invoice manager are unbelievably rude. You as a customer are in the firing line because of their organizational challenges and high customer pressure. I was so nice in the conversation and had a question about the invoice. The invoice manager throws the phone over to the owner and yells at me! Never experienced treatment like this before. Hope the employees are treated better than me as a customer
