Great service! I had called and booked a repair on my washer/dryer and they told me that it was probably the heating element that was at fault. So I decided to try to replace it myself and called to cancel. Instead of being annoyed, they offered to deliver an element TO MY DOOR, for a cheaper price than if I had bought it myself. It was absolutely not something I would have expected from anyone. They also arrived about 30 minutes after my call!!! Never experienced such service. Honestly, that's not even just service, they didn't gain much from it. They were just kind. Will never call anyone else. Thank you!! You are the best! Made my day! They also gave tips on assembly and maintenance.
