Have to give 1/5 stars to show what I think about greed in the construction and electrical industry. 1600kr fee for cancellation only 5 minutes after the booking went through. The electrician had barely had time to get in the car. But but…
What a disappointment. My response to customer service: "Thank you for your email. It was extremely pleasant talking to you. But your master electrician completely disappointed me. First he called me to tell me that he had supposedly inspected the stove and that the problem was not in the stove, but in the main fuse, and that he could not access the electrical room in the building because he did not know how to get the key. Then I said that I expected that for the large amount of money he was charging he would be able to provide access to the electrical room, but that I would try to find it and I went to look in the contacts to see who could unlock it. In the meantime, your electrician's conscience seems to have worked and he managed to reach the contact, raise the fuses, call me and say that the problem was not in the fuses, but in the stove. He recommended that I buy a new stove and that he would be happy to install it for me. I sincerely wish I never heard of that craftsman or your company again. Personally, I found a simple fault in the stove, the oven switch was touching the connection plate and caused a short circuit."

Incredibly happy with the electrical work at home! I hired Svenska eljouren to fix electrical installations in my home, and I am super happy with the result. Everything went smoothly, from the first contact to the finished work. They were punctual, professional and very thorough. The work was neatly done, and they left it clean and tidy after themselves. Felt safe having them at home, and they took the time to explain everything in a simple and pleasant way.
