If I had known that there were such a good company as Room4u, I would have renovated the bathrooms earlier. The schedule was on time, good communication all the time and very nice employees. I didn't think it could go this smoothly. I am incredibly satisfied, not only with the process, but mainly with the great result of course!
Unfortunately, you can count on this company trying to scam customers. They don't have the knowledge to execute projects correctly and when things go wrong it takes a long time to get something fixed, if it ever happens. They sell themselves as if they care extra about customers and communication, but now we know that this is just false sales talk. We have never dealt with a worse construction company. Not recommended.
Poor communication that led to a whole I was not happy with. When I said that all the details would be in brass and when my project manager asked me if the edge that is not visible around the window (behind a mirror) would also be in brass, I was confident that we understood each other. When I move back home 4 weeks later, the pipes (very visible) are in chrome. When you pay 200k (which is a lot for me) for a bathroom, you want everything to be perfect and the answer I got was that chrome is their only option. If I had known this, I would never have chosen room4u. I am so disappointed! I also paid to change the plug cabinet to a new electrical cabinet, I was also told when I moved in that I should have said that I wanted them to putty and paint as this was not included, I would have liked information about this so I could have included this in the job.
After contacting them because I wanted to renovate my bathroom, a salesperson came out to look at the bathroom and listen to what we wanted to do. After a week, a quote came in the mail, and when I had some questions about it, I asked them in an email again. Since then, there has been complete silence from them. I have even sent a reminder email to the seller in question, but no response. After a while, an email came from a tile company (they explained that they had a partnership with Room4you and were their tile supplier), they replied that I had not received any response from Romm4you. That is the last thing that has happened in this matter, so I will probably move on to another supplier who is interested in me as a customer!
Renovated our bathroom recently. The job was carried out smoothly within the predicted time-frame and we are very satisfied of the results. The firm was always available, quick to reply to our requests and questions and they also provided us with useful advices. Can definetively recommend.
