I have been training in the mamma training group and I love it. Safe place for the kids, good interaction between teachers, moms and the kids. Great exercises that help me to feel stronger and more confident. I truly recommend 🤗

I have been training at Workout Uppsala since the beginning and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Kadri and Hanna are fantastic trainers who truly care about their clients. The senior training at Workout is a very well-adapted training program for us slightly older people - strengthening, stimulating and varied exercises under the guidance of our knowledgeable and pleasant instructors Kadri and Hanna. We look forward to each training session and the community that has been formed with the other participants.

Best training with Kadri and Hanna. Varied fun training that really builds the body in the right way, strength, flexibility and mobility. You always leave with lots of energy. I can really recommend Work out Uppsala - training for everyone.
