They deserve one star after noticing that the bottom of our newly toilet changed last year has been scrubbed so hard that the white protection surface has been removed on 4 sides and looks like old poop all the time, we noticed it couple of days after the last cleaner was here, the cleaning job is usually OK depending on the person but overall I don't recommend definitely changing the company soon, damaged toilet will be costly : (
I have used their service for a few years so I thought I would leave a review. The quality of the cleaning depends on who they send. My understanding is that they have little regard for employees and customers. For the final move out cleaning they sent poorly trained staff. They messed up one of the windows which I had to fix myself. They insisted on the damage being there when they came and also complained that I wanted the new owners to check the cleaning before clearing the inspection. It’s good to go for smaller companies where the assistants also own the business so that they care about the service.

My apartment is almost the same before and after they cleaned , the deal was 8 hours one time and i got 4 hours only , this service is extremely bad i did not expect that!! I’m 100% un satisfied !
