The inner part of our Canvaq air heat pump above the front door had started to hum after 10 years. The friendly service person quickly determined that the fan motor needed to be replaced, and skillfully replaced it, it was "a little out of order" but with a special tool it still worked fine. The subsequent maintenance service including cleaning and final function test was all done just as carefully. We are very satisfied with how the service was carried out!!!
