Extremely frivolous set-up and handling of this "company". Quite frankly a scam. They don't listen to what the customer in question wants and that drawn publishers are a joke. Something that my 5 year old son would illustrate better. I'm happy to share this "drawing" if anyone wants to see. I consider charging to give a quote to be remarkable and extremely frivolous. I have worked in the service professions for over 17 years and have never been involved in charging to provide a price/quote. It feels frivolous that this company makes a living from this but in retrospect I can understand that it is the only thing they get money for as I had never let them loose in the garden. It has been a big circus without a single sod being taken but 2 expensive invoices. My poor mother-in-law now has to suffer with her poor finances and just felt confused and cheated. Strongly advise everyone against using services from this company.
