Warning for Familjens Jurist Uppsala – Serious processing errors, delays and GDPR violations I would like to warn other clients about the very poor handling of cases at Familjens Jurist in Uppsala. During the inheritance process, the office has been guilty of serious formal errors and actions contrary to good legal practice. The lawyer responsible initially refused to state the size of the inheritance, which led to incorrect information in the tax return. The Finnish Tax Administration therefore initially imposed a tax increase, but lifted it after investigation when they found that the delay was entirely due to the lawyer's negligence and that the matter was beyond my control as a client. In addition, confidential documents, bank details and personal information have repeatedly been sent to the wrong address. This has led to a serious personal data incident (GDPR violation), where sensitive information has ended up with outside neighbors. The office has also repeatedly failed to respond to written communications – in the worst case, the communication interruption lasted a month and a half at a time. During the process, incorrect and misleading information has been provided several times, which has created enormous insecurity. The most serious thing is that the lawyer has unilaterally and without my approval changed the final report compared to the signed inheritance agreement. The agreed payment period was secretly deleted, and the document lacks concrete account details and payment dates. My money has been unilaterally locked in a client account, while funds are being used to cover any outstanding taxes and fees without any official specification. The handling of a simple and debt-free estate has now taken almost two years (since July 2024), and the timetable that the office has presented extends the process to almost two and a half years. This is completely unacceptable. Both the office manager and the company's customer ombudsman are aware of the situation. Since no factual accounting or payment has been made, the matter will be pursued officially via the Enforcement Service and the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN). I cannot recommend this office to anyone, and I urge anyone in a similar situation to stay away from their services.

Can you give -1 I want to do it I called Dec 2024 and now it is Nov 2025 bad of the office not to hear back so we had to try to solve everything ourselves how right or wrong it was we don't know would never recommend you or choose you although my bank said you can get a guaranteed hour I said no thanks they don't
