They just fix it with knowledge and kindness. Thank you Nitte for coming up with the solution in the house foundation.
Can't get a hold of them. Took over a month to get an appointment to remove a wasp nest. Their answering machine says they are closed and that their opening hours are 7am-5pm (when you call at 3pm on a weekday. They say they will call back which they don't. If it had been a few years ago when we had a giant wasp nest indoors then we wouldn't have been able to live in the house now. Disaster!
