Disaster. Plumber hadn't even seen pictures of the problem before he arrived. Packages that were said to fit didn't fit, which would have been seen if the pictures were given to the plumber. Ended up with double invoices and hassle with IPIS who handles customer service. They say on the website that they are supposed to be the craftsmen of the future - this is not true! Stay away
Oseriöst. Bokat rörmokare 10 dagar innan, denne dyker ej upp, utan meddelande. Ringer Rörjour som kopplar vidare till handläggaren som bokat, som dock ej svarar och ej ringer upp. Ringer därför både handläggare och Rörjour flera gånger utan svar. Byter till ett annat telefonnummer att ringa ifrån och får svar på första signal och plötsligt är handläggaren tillgänglig. En timme lagt på detta strul, utöver att arbetet inte är utfört och ett kök som fortfarande inte kan användas.
They called quickly, set a time to come, then nothing happened. No one came at the agreed time, no one contacted me why they didn't come, no one contacted me after... Maybe not entirely trustworthy.
Rörjour 247 really saved me when I had an emergency water leak. They were very professional and solved the problem efficiently. Very grateful for their fast service and expertise. Highly recommend!
Fast, easy service with materials on site at the first visit if you attach the information and pictures that you requested at the first phone call. Even though the work was moved between 2 contractors where the first ordered radiator worked on time. The fact that both asked about information that was already in the order can be forgiven. Careful installation. Satisfied.
